Role Description The Retail Store Manager (Alex) is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This position oversees daily store operations, including supervising sales staff, managing schedules, and ensuring the store environment is organized, secure, and welcoming. The manager is responsible for monitoring sales performance, implementing merchandising standards, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The role includes handling customer inquiries and concerns, promoting exceptional service, and driving customer satisfaction. The manager also supports loss prevention efforts, prepares regular performance reports, and collaborates with ownership to meet business and service goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver a high-quality luxury shopping experience. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and management clearly and professionally. Candidates should possess Store Management skills to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and maintain merchandising and inventory standards. Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to protect assets, monitor risk, and ensure compliance with store policies. Candidates should ideally have experience in luxury retail or jewelry, with a track record of meeting sales targets and managing teams. Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should be comfortable using point-of-sale systems and basic office software; additional retail technology experience is a plus.
