Responsibilities: • Schedule meetings and calls with potential clients, scaling up as volume increases. • Support the sales team through outreach via email, calls, and personalized SMS messages. • Update and maintain CRM records, with a preference for familiarity with GoHighLevel. • Confirm appointments and follow up with prospects to ensure attendance. • Assist with day-to-day sales tasks to streamline workflow and improve conversion rates. • Communicate clearly in strong English, aligning with U.S. cultural expectations. • Collaborate effectively with the team while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Preferred skills & Tools: • Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) • Full proficiency in CRM management: HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, Apollo • Experience in sales support • Strong communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks Qualifications: • +1 Year of experience in an Appointment Setter role or related role. • Fluent in English, both verbal and written. • Stable internet connection, laptop, and headset. • High level of motivation and persistence. • Energetic and upbeat. • Team player. • Willing to listen to feedback and improve.
