About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities Operate and monitor SCADA systems and perform assigned operational duties in accordance with established procedures. Follow approved operating procedures and seek guidance whenever instructions or work requirements are unclear. Adapt to changes and improvements in equipment, software, and operational procedures. Respond appropriately to operational abnormalities and emergency situations, following established safety procedures. Maintain accurate and efficient work practices and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time. Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the control room and assigned work areas. Report operational issues, equipment abnormalities, and relevant activities to supervisors. Qualification Requirements Diploma in Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Electronics, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 5 years of SCADA operation experience in the Oil & Gas, refinery, or process industry. Practical knowledge of SCADA systems, operational monitoring, and industrial process control. Ability to follow operating procedures, identify abnormal conditions, and respond appropriately to emergencies. Strong communication, adaptability, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
