We are looking for an experienced Storage & Backup Engineer – Associate Manager to lead and manage enterprise storage and backup infrastructure operations. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor storage and backup administration teams. Manage enterprise storage solutions (SAN/NAS) and backup infrastructure. Handle installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Manage backup operations, disaster recovery, RPO/RTO, and data protection. Collaborate with global IT teams and stakeholders to ensure SLA/KPI compliance. Drive infrastructure improvements, documentation, and operational excellence. Required Skills: Strong hands-on experience with Dell PowerMax, ScaleIO/PowerFlex, Isilon/PowerScale, and Data Domain. Experience in enterprise storage, SAN/NAS, and backup solutions. Knowledge of VMware, HCI, data center operations, and disaster recovery. Team leadership and stakeholder management experience. Experience: 6+ years overall, including 2+ years in a similar role.
