Role Description The Spa Receptionist is a full-time, on-site role based at La Siesta Spa in New Cairo. The person in this role welcomes guests, answers phone calls, schedules and confirms appointments, and provides accurate information about spa services, pricing, and promotions. Daily tasks include managing the reception area, handling check-in and check-out procedures, processing payments, and maintaining organized records and files. The Spa Receptionist also supports the spa team by coordinating appointment flow, addressing guest inquiries or concerns, and ensuring a smooth, professional front-desk experience at all times. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members. Proficiency in reception duties and clerical skills, including appointment scheduling, record keeping, and basic administrative tasks. Excellent phone etiquette, with experience handling incoming calls, inquiries, and booking requests efficiently. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with scheduling or point-of-sale systems. Professional, well-groomed appearance and a welcoming, calm demeanor suitable for a spa environment. Ability to work full-time on-site in New Cairo, including flexibility for evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
