Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist (MacBooks & Laptops) located in Maadi. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for: Assisting customers in choosing the most suitable MacBook based on their real usage Building trust with customers through clear and honest communication Explaining device condition, battery performance, and overall value transparently Managing the full sales process from inquiry to purchase Delivering a premium, confidence-driven buying experience inside the branch Contributing to achieving sales targets Supporting and training new sales team members when needed Qualifications Strong communication and customer handling skills Previous experience in sales (technology sales is a plus) Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism Ability to work in a team-oriented environment Good problem-solving and organizational skills Interest in technology, especially Apple MacBooks Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
