WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE – RECRUITMENT 📍 Dubai, UAE | VK Global HR VK Global HR is growing, and we’re looking for a driven, confident and commercially minded Business Development Associate to help us build our client base and drive business growth. ⚠️ Important: This is a SALES & CLIENT ACQUISITION role — NOT a recruiter role. 🎯 What will you do? Generate fresh leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach and networking. Identify companies with hiring needs and connect with decision-makers. Build relationships with HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Founders, CEOs and business owners. Arrange client meetings and pitch VK Global HR’s recruitment services. Prepare proposals, follow up with prospects and convert leads into signed clients. Build and manage a strong sales pipeline. Work towards monthly business development and revenue targets. 👤 What are we looking for? Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Confidence in cold calling and approaching new clients. A proactive, persistent and target-driven mindset. Good networking, negotiation and follow-up skills. Comfort using LinkedIn for lead generation and prospecting. UAE market experience is an advantage. B2B sales or recruitment services experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
