Job Role:SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant Job Type: Permanent Job Requirements: 1. Must have more than 5 years of experience in SF BIB (Business Integration Builder) or EC (Employee Central) & SAP HCM Payroll module. 2. Must have at least 2 end to end project implementation experience in hybrid model EC & S4 HANA 3. Candidate should be aware of configuration, implementation, upgradation, enhancement and troubleshooting. 4. Candidate should have good technical skills in ABAP & CPI integration. 5. Must have good understanding EC configuration and SAP HCM Payroll configuration. 6. Must have hands on experience field level mapping between EC & SAP HCM 7. Involved in end-to-end implementation project of SuccessFactors EC & S4 HANA Payroll 8. Ability to handle BIB mapping and working closely with EC & Payroll consultants. 9. Previous consulting experience is mandatory 10. Strong stakeholder management experience 11. Must have good communication/documentation skills 8.
