Country Manager

We are looking for a Country Manager to lead our TikTok LIVE agency in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will take over an established team and an active creator roster, with full responsibility for performance, people, and growth in the market. This role is for a hands-on leader who can step into a running operation, raise its standards, and scale revenue. Key Responsibilities Own the country’s P&L, revenue targets, and overall business performance Lead and manage the existing team of agents, setting clear goals and holding them accountable Review the current team structure and make changes where needed to improve coverage and results Drive creator recruitment and onboarding to grow the roster in both quality and size Set and enforce creator performance benchmarks, including LIVE days, hours, and revenue targets Track creator and agent performance weekly and act quickly on underperformance Manage and refine compensation and commission structures for creators and internal teams Identify high-potential creators early and build growth plans around them Improve internal workflows, reporting, and operational processes Build and maintain a strong relationship with the TikTok LIVE team in KSA Report regularly to senior management on results, risks, and plans Requirements 3+ years in talent management, influencer marketing, live streaming, or a creator agency Proven experience leading and developing a team Track record of owning targets and delivering revenue growth Strong understanding of TikTok LIVE or similar live streaming platforms Data-driven and comfortable working with performance metrics and dashboards Strong communication and negotiation skills with creators and partners Highly organized, with strong execution and follow-through Fluency in Arabic and English Nice to Have An existing network of Saudi creators Experience working directly with TikTok or another platform’s partnerships team Experience taking over and turning around an existing team Familiarity with the Saudi market and its content guidelines What We Offer Full ownership of a market with real growth potential Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives Direct access to senior leadership and a fast-moving regional team Show more Show less
