Role Description The Production Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in 10th of Ramadan. The role involves overseeing daily production operations, monitoring equipment performance, and ensuring that production targets are met safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production activities, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, and implementing process improvements to optimize throughput and reduce waste. The Production Engineer will track key performance indicators, address production issues, and help maintain compliance with quality and safety standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear communication with supervisors and production staff are essential to success in this position. Qualifications Strong foundation in Production Engineering and experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Demonstrated Analytical Skills for troubleshooting, data analysis, and process optimization. Experience with Production Planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. Knowledge of Quality Control practices and standards in steel or related industries. Effective Communication skills for coordinating with production teams, management, and other departments. Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement methodologies, and safety regulations. Ability to work on-site in 10th of Ramadan and adapt to a fast-paced production environment.
