📢 We're hiring: Senior HR Officer | Ana El Saqr Factory Ana El Saqr Factory is looking for an experienced Senior HR Officer to run HR operations at our manufacturing facility in [10th of Ramadan City]. What you will do • Manage day-to-day HR operations for factory staff, including recruitment, onboarding, attendance and employee records • Coordinate payroll inputs, social insurance and labour office requirements • Handle employee relations, discipline and grievances fairly and in line with Egyptian labour law • Support managers and supervisors with workforce planning and shift coverage • Prepare HR reports and keep HR policies and records up to date What we are looking for • Strong experience managing HR operations in a manufacturing facility • Previous experience in factories in 10th of Ramadan City is preferred • Living in 10th of Ramadan City or Sharqia Governorate is preferred • Good knowledge of Egyptian labour law and social insurance procedures • Strong communication and organisation skills How to apply Send your CV to [email address] with "Senior HR Officer" in the subject line, or message us directly on LinkedIn.
