Technical Office Engineers – Estimation & Tendering

Jissur Human Capital is looking for Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers to join our team in Egypt, working on technical office activities and supporting projects in the Saudi market. Required Specializations: Civil Engineers Mechanical Engineers Electrical Engineers Requirements: Experience in preparing and submitting tenders. Good experience in cost estimation, quantity take-offs, and pricing. Ability to read and review technical drawings, specifications, and BOQs. Previous experience in construction or contracting companies is preferred. Experience in the Saudi market is a plus. Experience using Saudi Arabia’s Etimad platform is a strong advantage.
