We Are Hiring – Customer Service Representative Alexandria Engineering Car Co. (ALEXECC) is looking for a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our after-sales service team. Job Responsibilities Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service and maintenance requirements. Receive customer complaints and follow up to ensure proper resolution. Coordinate with Service Reception, Workshop, and relevant departments to address customer concerns. Keep customers informed about service requests and vehicle repair progress. Follow up with customers after service completion to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer records and service-related information. Build positive customer relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction and retention. Requirements Bachelor's degree. Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service within automotive dealerships or service centers. Good understanding of automotive service and maintenance processes. Excellent communication and customer-handling skills. Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills. Good command of Microsoft Office. Experience with ERP or customer management systems is preferred.
