We’re Hiring | Planning Engineer Ata Rabah is looking for a skilled and proactive Planning Engineer to join our team in Amman, Jordan. 📍 Location: Amman, Jordan 💼 Job Type: Full-time About the Role The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules, tracking performance, and coordinating planning activities to ensure efficient resource utilization and timely project delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and standardize planning methodologies across departments. Prepare and monitor project schedules, including weekly production and installation plans. Track project progress, performance indicators, and forecasts, and prepare periodic reports. Coordinate workflows and priorities across projects, factory operations, and suppliers. Support master scheduling and critical path analysis. Identify potential risks and delays and recommend corrective actions. Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure timely execution and delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Civil Engineering. 2–4 years of relevant experience. Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination abilities.
