Evaluate digital survey records, pavement imagery, inspection reports, and automated distress detection outputs.
Assess pavement deterioration trends and identify road sections requiring maintenance, rehabilitation, or further investigation.
Review distress classification methods and verify the consistency and quality of pavement condition assessments.
Interpret pavement condition datasets to support infrastructure prioritization and maintenance planning.
Recommend appropriate pavement preservation, repair, and rehabilitation strategies based on available condition data.

Significant experience in pavement condition assessment, pavement distress surveys, road asset management, or highway maintenance engineering.
Strong understanding of pavement distress types, classification systems, deterioration mechanisms, and condition rating methodologies.
Experience analyzing pavement survey data, road imagery, inspection records, and pavement performance indicators.
Familiarity with relevant pavement assessment standards and guidelines, including ASTM D6433 for pavement condition index assessment where applicable.
Knowledge of pavement maintenance planning, rehabilitation strategies, and lifecycle asset management.
Proficiency in spreadsheet analysis, GIS platforms, pavement management systems, or related engineering software.
Excellent analytical, technical writing, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fully remote environment.
What We Offer
Competitive compensation based on qualifications and professional experience.
A 100% remote work arrangement with no routine office attendance.
Opportunities to contribute to road infrastructure assessment, pavement preservation, and transportation asset management.
Professional development in pavement evaluation, condition monitoring, and infrastructure analytics.
