Role Description The Application Developer Supervisor (AI & .NET) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This position oversees a team of application developers, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and performance guidance to ensure high-quality delivery of AI-driven and .NET-based solutions. Responsibilities include planning and supervising software development activities, reviewing code, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards, and coordinating integration tasks with other systems and teams. The supervisor collaborates with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications, manages project timelines and resource allocation, and supports the continuous improvement of development processes and tools. The role also involves troubleshooting complex application issues, promoting knowledge sharing, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive work environment aligned with Xceed’s standards and certifications. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Programming, particularly with .NET technologies and AI-related frameworks. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Databases and data management practices for scalable, secure applications. Candidates should possess practical experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies for user interface development. Candidates should possess experience with Integration of applications and services, including APIs and middleware. 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in software development teams. Proficiency in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise applications with a focus on reliability and performance. Familiarity with Agile or similar development methodologies and collaborative tools. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in BPO, customer experience, or enterprise service environments is an advantage.
