Pharmacist – El Ezaby Pharmacies Job Summary: El Ezaby Pharmacies is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Pharmacist to provide professional pharmaceutical services, ensure accurate dispensing, and deliver exceptional patient care in accordance with company standards and MOH regulations. Key Responsibilities: Dispense medications accurately and ensure proper counseling to customers according to El Ezaby standards. Review prescriptions for completeness, accuracy, and potential drug interactions. Provide medical advice regarding medication usage, dosage, contraindications, and side effects. Apply El Ezaby customer service guidelines to maintain high levels of patient satisfaction. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of medications as per quality and safety standards. Maintain updated knowledge of El Ezaby promotions, OTC items, cosmetics, and wellness products. Follow the company’s procedures in handling controlled medications and accurate documentation. Support branch operations including receiving orders, arranging shelves, and maintaining cleanliness. Collaborate with pharmacists and branch teams to achieve sales, service, and operational KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy. Valid Pharmacists Syndicate registration and MOH license. Strong medical and pharmaceutical knowledge. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle high customer flow.
