Recruitment Specialist (Blue Collar)

NOK Human Capital is hiring Blue Collar Recruiters. You will source, screen, and place skilled and semi-skilled candidates quickly and reliably. Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue collar roles (e.g., factory operators, technicians, drivers, warehouse staff, security, and other operational positions) Source candidates through job boards, social media, Facebook groups, employee referrals, vocational schools and training centers, and community and field-based channels Screen candidates for technical skills, experience, availability, and work-site suitability Partner with hiring managers and site supervisors to understand role requirements, shift patterns, and hiring timelines Organize walk-in interviews, trade tests, and on-site hiring days Verify documents and coordinate onboarding requirements, such as medical checks and documentation, with candidates and clients Build and maintain a talent pipeline of skilled workers and technicians for recurring client needs Keep candidates informed with clear, timely, and respectful communication Track candidates and report on key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance, drop-off rate) using the ATS Required Qualifications: Proven experience recruiting for blue collar (1-3 years) Strong sourcing skills across non-traditional channels Ability to assess candidates' practical skills and handle high volumes of applicants Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, comfortable communicating with candidates from diverse educational backgrounds Good organization and the ability to manage multiple openings and deadlines Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred) What We Offer: Hybrid working methods Social and medical insurance A diverse and inclusive work environment driven by impact, ownership, and innovation Location: Maadi, Cairo Working Hours: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM Days Off: 2 days (Friday & Saturday) Show more Show less
