QA/QC Engineer – Pipeline I. Job Summary (describe in 3-4 sentences the mission or purpose of this position): Participate in the procurement and manufacturing process of pipeline, such as line pipe, subsea foring ect , from RFQ to shipment, handling any quality issues (TBE, PO, KOM, PIM, Manufacturing, In-progress Inspection, Pressure Test, FAT, Final Inspection, etc.). The valve material will cs, SS, DSS, SDSS, Inconel 625, Nickel-aluminum bronze, Titanium etc. II. Principal Responsibilities (identify 7-10 major categories of work): 1.To become familiar with the company's requirements 2.Participate in various meetings with the Vendor/Company to ensure that the vendor knows the company's quality requirements. 3.Attend KOM and prepare the quality section of the KOM slide. 4.Review and comment on vendor documents (ITP, MPS, FAT procedure, report, etc.) 5.Communicate with the vendor/COMPANY regarding controversial comments or feedback, and raise a clarification meeting if necessary. 6.Make every effort to ensure PIM is held as scheduled. 7.Organize PIM meeting as host 8.Verify NOI readiness and forward to TPC coordinator for vendor inspection 9.Review and comment TPC inspection report 10.Issue NCR if discrepancies are identified and expedite the vendor's resolution proposal / RCA (If necessary) within 3 working days of receiving NCR by vendor. 11.Review the manufacturer's record book / As-built dossier. III. Education/Experience Requirements/ Certification (list minimum education and/or years of experience required): 1.Shall have a bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering. 2.Shall have three years’ experience directly relating to the inspection/execution of manufacturing activities. 3.Shall have knowledge and understanding of ISO-9001 quality system requirements and implementation. 4.Shall demonstrate working knowledge of codes required by the purchase order, such as API 5L, DNV-ST-F101,ASME B16.5,MSS SP-44,NORSOK L-005 etc. 5.Shall have CSWIP3.1 or AWS-CWI or IWE and NDT qualification IV.Behavioral/Technical Skills: 1.Proficiency in English (written and spoken) 2.Quick learner and problem solver 3.Good office software skills and computer knowledge 4.Patient, teamwork 5.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
