Key Responsibilities: Follow up on leads and educate potential customers about our online English courses via phone calls Guide customers through the enrollment process and address any inquiries Work toward and achieve monthly sales targets Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities Collaborate with the team to improve strategies and share best practices Candidate Must Have: Good English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading) Strong customer service and persuasive sales skills Minimum of 1 year of sales experience Proven track record of closing sales and achieving or exceeding sales quotas is a plus Team player with a goal-oriented mindset Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly targets Working Hours: 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM Show more Show less
