Job Summary We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Agents to join our team at The Address Investments and work on an exclusive real estate project. The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to engage with potential clients and generate qualified leads. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers. Contact prospective clients and introduce the exclusive real estate project. Understand customers’ needs and provide accurate project information. Qualify leads and arrange appointments for the sales team. Follow up with potential clients to maintain engagement. Update customer information and call activities on the CRM system. Achieve assigned daily and monthly call center targets. Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction. Job Requirements Previous experience in call center or telesales is preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
