Senior Expeditor

We are looking for a Senior Expeditor to join our EPC Oil & Gas team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and expediting vendor engineering, manufacturing, inspection, testing, documentation, and shipment activities to ensure the timely delivery of equipment and materials in line with project schedules. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Monitor vendor performance and purchase order milestones ✅ Expedite engineering deliverables, manufacturing, inspections, and shipments ✅ Identify delivery risks and drive recovery plans to mitigate delays ✅ Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, Logistics, Construction, and Project Controls teams ✅ Track long-lead and critical equipment packages ✅ Maintain accurate progress reports, delivery forecasts, and expediting registers Requirements: ✔ 6+ years of experience in EPC Oil & Gas projects ✔ Strong knowledge of procurement, expediting, vendor management, and logistics coordination ✔ Experience with manufacturing processes, inspection requirements, and international shipments ✔ Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and advanced Excel reporting Show more Show less
