Part-Time Recruiter, Tech Focus

We're looking for a Part-Time Recruiter who understands tech and can tell a strong candidate from a strong CV. Fully remote, for candidates based in Jordan. About the role This is real recruitment work on tech roles: software engineers, AI engineers, product and data people. You will read CVs, find the people worth talking to, interview them, and write the summary a hiring manager trusts. Most CVs look good on paper. The job is seeing past that. You need to understand what a backend engineer actually does, notice when a title is bigger than the work behind it, and ask the question that shows the difference. You don't need to code, but you need to know what good looks like. It is 5 hours a day, Saturday to Wednesday, and you choose when in the day you work them. What you will do • Screen incoming CVs and shortlist the strongest candidates • Source and reach out to candidates for open tech roles • Run screening interviews in Arabic and English • Review candidate video interviews • Write short, sharp candidate summaries that say what matters and nothing more • Keep candidate communication and the ATS up to date What we are looking for • At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, ideally hiring for tech roles • You understand tech roles. You know the difference between frontend, backend, data and AI roles, and you can tell real experience from buzzwords • Fluent Arabic and fluent English, written and spoken. This is a must • Strong communication. You speak with confidence, explain things clearly, and can lead an interview with ease • Strong judgment. You read a CV critically, ask the next question, and give an honest opinion even when it is not the easy one • Excellent writing. Your summaries are short, clear, and honest • You use AI tools every day to work faster and smarter • Organized and independent.
