The aforementioned occupation is at CRACKWITS, the boutique creative agency for branding, advertising, social media and platforms design, development and support. Role Description The Senior Project Manager is responsible for managing brands in various industries from around the world. This multi-tasking role requires communicative, precise and proactive skills to plan and execute projects; from clients’ briefs to completion, and with the Project Managers’ support. The required management entails directive interactions with a range of internal and external stakeholders, and most often highly effective handling of several ongoing projects’ milestones simultaneously, for advertising and marketing purposes. Catering to mediums, but not limited to; such as presentations, social media channels, campaigns, websites, mobile apps, blogs, SEO, branding decks and strategies. Responsibilities Work closely with the Managing Director on overarching deliverables. Scope projects with clients [mainly digital]. Brief respective stakeholders and coordinate with directors, talents and third parties. Direct and supervise Account Executives confidently, delegate tasks and have constructive inputs. Plan projects’ milestones and answer all requirements in a timely manner. Manage, follow-up, update and flag projects progress and set-backs clearly and proactively. Execute qualitative and impressive projects on brief, time and budget. Ensure clients receives high individual attention and care. Respond to requests in a timely manner and strictly meet deadlines. Provide end-to-end hands-on project management for both large-to-small scale projects. Manage TTL campaigns, from digital to social media and PR, in alignment with appointed agencies. Develop strategies for tactical campaigns, and implement them upon approval, with involved parties. Oversee the day-to-day management & smooth running of agency’s projects for clients and partners. Align, update and report to the Managing Director on the work progress frequently. Pitch in, optimize and improve processes and approaches when deemed to be fruitful. Stay tuned with recent trends and eventful happenings. Present growth opportunities and initiate new projects internally and therefore to clients. Attend weekly meetings for the scope of work’s orientation, and highlight necessary pointers. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Project Management, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing, advertising, branding, or creative agency. Excellent leadership skills. Written and verbal communication skills in English, Arabic fluency is a plus. Creative, multimedia and digital background is a must. Proactive, flexible, positive and solution-oriented thinker. Strong team player with great interpersonal skills. Ability to observe, learn, listen and take initiatives. Ability to multi-task and manage various projects’ deliverables simultaneously. Capacity to manage stressful workload situations and abrupt requests. Attention to details. Knowledge in utilizing Apple devices & software such as Keynote and Microsoft’s MS Word, Excel, etc. Ability to adapt to newly incorporated digital tools and platforms by the company and/ or clients. Abide by agency guidelines, regulations, protocols and manners. Ability to optimize digital content in terms of SEO is a plus.
