Procurement & Cost Control Specialist

The Procurement Cost Control Specialist manages procurement cost control and supplier payment activities within the Procurement & Cost Control Unit. The role monitors procurement spend against approved budgets, validates supplier invoices, and ensures supplier payments are processed accurately and on time in line with contractual terms, the delegation of authority, and company policies, while providing cost and savings reporting that supports sound financial control. Key Responsibilities: Supplier Invoice Validation & Payment Processing Procurement Cost Monitoring & Budget Control Supplier Reconciliation & Cost Optimization Reporting, Compliance & Audit Support Requirements Minimum 2-4 years of experience in procurement cost control, accounts payable, procurement finance, or a related field Good understanding of the procure-to-pay (P2P) cycle, budget monitoring, cost analysis, and supplier account reconciliation Working knowledge of basic accounting principles, KSA VAT regulations, and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements Hands-on experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to meet payment deadlines Show more Show less
