Join My Clinic, the leading multispecialty outpatient care provider in Saudi Arabia, where our mission to help people live longer, healthier, and happier lives drives everything we do. Since 2017, we've been at the forefront of healthcare, combining innovation with a deep commitment to care, collaboration, ambition, and responsibility. As we continue to grow and reach new heights, we're looking for passionate individuals who share our vision and values.
This is a commercially focused finance leadership role. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the post holder acts as a trusted business partner to the Leadership Team, turning financial insight into commercial decisions that grow revenue, protect margin and improve performance across all My Clinic locations.
The role combines three things: commercial finance (pricing, contracts, deal structuring and new business), business partnering (working alongside operational and commercial leaders to shape decisions), and supporting the planning cycle (three-year plan, annual budget and quarterly reforecasts).
Key Accountabilities
1. Commercial Finance and Pricing
Carry out pricing for new products, services and care programmes, working with BD and Commercial to set prices that win business and protect margin.
Build pricing models, business plans and commercial proposals for in-house and corporate clinics and Community Clinics (e.g. SABIC, Petro Rabigh, Aramco).
Partner with RCM, Insurance and Commercial teams on pricing new and renewing insurance contracts, including rate negotiations, payer mix and contract profitability.
Maintain pricing benchmarks for insurers and competitors, and recommend pricing actions.
Structure and evaluate commercial deals, including partnerships, value-in-kind arrangements and doctor compensation models.
Join Sales and BD in client meetings to explain the financial value proposition of My Clinic services.
Track contract performance after signing and flag where actual returns differ from the approved case.
2. Business Partnering
Act as the finance business partner to site, clinical and functional leaders, meeting them regularly to review performance and agree actions.
Translate financial results into clear, practical insight for non-finance colleagues.
Challenge and support decisions on capacity, staffing, service mix and cost, with a clear view of the commercial impact.
Set and track strategic and operational KPIs with business leaders, and own the conversation when performance moves off target.
Provide analysis to support marketing, growth and service-line decisions.
3. Business Cases and New Business
Build bottom-up business cases and financial models for new locations, service lines and expansion projects.
Run scenario and sensitivity analysis as directed by the Director of Finance, CFO and Management team.
Prepare the analysis and narrative behind Board papers and investment decisions.
Lead post-investment reviews to test delivery against the approved case.
4. Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting
Support the three-year planning cycle for all My Clinic locations.
Support the delivery of the annual operating plan: issue templates, review plans with cost centre managers, consolidate, and iterate with the Director of Finance and CFO to Board sign-off.
Maintain a rolling best estimate forecast (BEF) updated with actuals, and lead the quarterly reforecast.
5. Performance Insight and Management Information
Provide financial and operational analysis that drives decisions.
Produce competitor analysis and benchmarking of key financial metrics.
Lead MI requirements and support the build of the data warehouse.
6. Leadership
Develop and review the work of the FP&A and Business Analysis team.
Undertake other duties as directed by the Director of Finance or CFO.
Scale and Scope
Multi-site, multi-departmental role engaging with the Leadership Team, Directors and external customers, insurers and partners.
Direct commercial influence on current revenue through pricing and contracts.
Business cases supporting growth.
Very significant impact on margin and profitability.
Key leadership role within the Finance function
Qualifications
Degree in commerce, business, finance or a related subject.
Professional accountancy qualification: ACA, ACCA or CIMA. SOCPA registration preferred.
Experience
10+ years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years in healthcare.
Proven track record in commercial finance: pricing, contract negotiation, deal evaluation or payer contracting.
Experience as a business partner to senior operational or commercial leaders.
Experience leading budgets, forecasts and long-range plans in a multi-site business.
Competencies
Commercial acumen: spots value and risk in a deal and shapes it to a good outcome.
Business partnering and influence: builds credibility with non-finance leaders and can challenge constructively.
Communication: explains complex numbers simply, in writing and in the room, internally and with customers.
Analytical and modelling skill: strong financial modelling, scenario analysis and high accuracy.
Technical grounding: ERP, GL and sub-ledgers, P&L and balance sheet analysis, activity-based costing and profit/cost centre reporting.
Leadership: develops people and delivers to tight deadlines.
