Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for an Application Developer Senior Supervisor (AI & .NET) with at least 3 years of leadership experience. The role involves leading a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining .NET-based applications and AI-driven solutions that support Xceed’s business operations and client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing software development lifecycle activities, reviewing code, ensuring adherence to best practices and security standards, and coordinating application integration with existing systems and databases. The Senior Supervisor collaborates with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and manage priorities, timelines, and resource allocation. The role also includes mentoring team members, driving continuous improvement, and contributing to technical architecture decisions and innovation initiatives. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Software Development and Programming, preferably with hands-on experience in .NET technologies and AI-related frameworks. Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Databases, including design, optimization, and integration with enterprise applications. Candidates should possess practical experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and related front-end technologies for user interface development. Candidates should possess experience in Integration, including APIs, web services, and connecting applications across different platforms and systems. Proven leadership experience of 3+ years supervising development teams, with the ability to coach, delegate, and manage performance. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, version control, and secure coding practices. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in .NET, cloud, or AI are a plus.
