People Operation Officer

What You’ll Do: Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle from job postings and candidate assessments to interviews, offers, and onboarding. Employee Lifecycle: Manage employee documentation, attendance, leave administration, and employee records. Government Relations: Oversee employee-related processes involving work permits, QIDs, sponsorships, and medical insurance. Performance Management: Support performance evaluations, probation assessments, and performance management processes. Learning & Development: Coordinate employee inductions, training programs, and development initiatives. Employee Relations: Support employee relations matters, disciplinary and grievance processes, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures. Employee Experience: Contribute to engagement initiatives and help foster an inclusive, positive, and productive workplace. HR Operations: Maintain accurate records, ensure confidentiality, and support compliance with Qatar Labour Law and internal policies. What We’re Looking For: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 2 years of relevant HR experience. Good knowledge of Qatar Labour Law. Hands-on experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and commitment to confidentiality. CHRM, CHRP, SHRM, or a similar certification is an advantage. Why Join Ideal Solutions?
