Context Lead Civil Engneer Bridges Blue Line (Bani Mazar Station to Manflout Station) Missions/Main Duties Site Management & Supervision: Supervise daily site operations, labor force, and structural works (excavation, piling/bentonite density, rebar cages, and concrete testing). Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to approved drawings, method statements, and health, safety, and sustainability standards. Problem Solving & Coordination: Resolve on-site technical difficulties and coordinate with Design, QC, QA, Safety, Technical Office, and Procurement teams. Reporting & Mentorship: Prepare weekly and daily site reports, support the Design Team Leader, and mentor junior engineers and technicians. Profile/Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related field). Experience: 8 years of experience with railway and bridge construction projects. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to inspire teams. Mobility: Willingness to relocate anywhere within Egypt as required.
