Job Description :- 📢 Hiring: Business Development Manager – Outsourcing 🏢 Company: Vistas Global 📍 Location: Qatar 💼 Experience: 5+ years in Business Development / Sales / Client Acquisition ✅ Must-Have Skills: * Proven experience in Business Development and new client acquisition * Experience in Outsourcing, Staffing, Manpower Supply, or Professional Services * Strong B2B and enterprise-level sales experience * Client relationship management and key account growth * Lead generation, prospecting, and market penetration * Revenue growth, upselling, and cross-selling * Proposal preparation, RFP/RFQ management, and contract negotiation * Pricing, commercial negotiations, and profit margin management * Team leadership, mentoring, and sales target management * CRM tools, sales pipeline management, and business reporting * Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile: * Experience acquiring corporate clients in Qatar / GCC * Existing network of enterprise-level clients and decision-makers * Track record of achieving revenue and sales targets * Experience managing outsourcing contracts and strategic accounts * Ability to develop go-to-market strategies and partnerships 🎓 Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
