Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team immediately for a 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) Project in Kuwait. Position: Project Manager Project: 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line Location: Kuwait Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in similar HV/OHL projects Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the overall execution of the 400 kV overhead transmission line project. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and contractual requirements. Coordinate closely with the client, consultant, subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. Oversee engineering, procurement, civil works, tower erection, conductor/OPGW stringing, testing, and commissioning activities. Monitor project progress and ensure all key milestones are achieved. Identify and manage technical, commercial, contractual, and construction-related issues. Review project schedules, progress reports, method statements, and technical submissions. Lead project meetings and coordinate activities between all project disciplines. Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and HSE requirements. Manage project resources, manpower, equipment, and subcontractors effectively. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar high-voltage overhead transmission line projects. Experience in 400 kV transmission line projects is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of OHL construction and project execution. Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and subcontractors. Strong knowledge of project planning, progress monitoring, and contractual requirements. Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
