Role Description The Senior Retail Salesperson is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. This role is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of luxury accessories and jewelry. Daily tasks include showcasing products, explaining features and benefits, handling sales transactions, and maintaining a visually appealing, well-organized store. The Senior Retail Salesperson supports junior team members, helps resolve customer issues, and contributes to sales targets and store performance. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, following store procedures, and ensuring a high standard of customer service and professionalism. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales and Sales skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a luxury or specialty retail environment. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, create memorable experiences, and manage customer inquiries and concerns. Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills, with the ability to learn and present detailed information about jewelry, accessories, and brand collections. Experience in senior or lead retail roles, including mentoring or supporting junior staff, is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a professional appearance and demeanor are important. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required in retail operations.
