We are driven by a commitment to quality, innovation, and timely delivery. We are currently looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to support our ongoing and upcoming projects. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and manage tender and contract documentation, including BOQs. Assist in cost planning, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with the Estimation Department to ensure accurate project cost data. Monitor project progress and prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and cost reports. Manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts. Track project expenditures and support cost forecasting and cash flow management. Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors on commercial matters. Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and quality requirements. Assist in the preparation and assessment of claims and variations. Support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in commercial and contractual administration. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in the UAE construction industry. Immediate joiner to our team. Sound knowledge of construction contracts and commercial practices. Proficiency in PlanSwift and quantity surveying software. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
