Job Brief: We are seeking an experienced Technical Team Manager to join a landmark high-rise buildings project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly skilled construction professional to lead technical coordination, design management, and engineering execution on a prestigious large-scale development. Key Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage the multidisciplinary Technical Team (Electrical, Mechanical, Architectural) providing centralized technical support to all project sites. Review and approve design deliverables, shop drawings, and technical submittals prior to issuance to site teams. Ensure technical compliance with the Saudi Building Code, international standards, and the relevant hotel brand's technical and design standards. Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and client representatives to resolve technical and design queries. Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection across all disciplines to ensure constructability before construction proceeds. Evaluate and approve value engineering proposals and alternative technical solutions. Provide technical mentorship and escalation support to site engineering teams on complex issues. Monitor emerging technical risks across projects and report status, issues, and recommendations to senior management. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering, or related field. 15+ years of experience in building construction projects. Proven experience in delivering high-rise tower developments or Mega Projects in Saudi Arabia. Strong background in design coordination, technical management, and construction methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills. Familiarity with international building codes, BIM processes, and modern construction technologies.
