Food Safety and Hygiene Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Food Safety & Hygiene Manager to lead food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance initiatives across large-scale catering operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and local regulatory requirements, driving audit readiness, strengthening food safety culture, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and operational excellence. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in food science, Food Technology, Microbiology, Public Health, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Food Safety, Quality Assurance, or Hygiene Management, including 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience within catering, central kitchens, food production, or hospitality operations. Strong knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, food safety audits, and regulatory compliance. Relevant professional certifications such as HACCP and ISO 22000 are highly desirable. GCC experience preferred. Show more Show less
