Service Advisor – Automotive Experience: 2+ Years Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor with a background in an automotive dealership or service centre. The role will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop team, ensuring a smooth service experience from vehicle reception through completion and handover. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and understand their vehicle service and repair requirements. Prepare job cards and explain recommended repairs, service scope, timelines, and estimated costs. Coordinate with technicians and workshop teams on vehicle status and repair progress. Keep customers updated on additional repair requirements, delays, and completion timelines. Recommend relevant maintenance services and value-added services where appropriate. Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and service records. Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally. Follow up with customers after service and support customer satisfaction and retention. Ensure vehicles are handed over with all work completed and clearly explained. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership or service centre. Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance, and workshop processes. Strong customer-service and communication skills. Good spoken and written English. Valid UAE driving licence is mandatory. Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, technicians, and workshop teams. Good computer and documentation skills. Arabic language skills will be an advantage.
