SPERI UAE, is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the Architecture and Interior Design Dubai hub. The ideal candidate must have these requirements: Master’s degree in Architecture or related field Minimum 10 years of professional experience in architectural design, with significant involvement in hospitality projects Excellent knowledge of the Italian language Design development detailed documentation, and project coordination Demonstrated experience in sustainable design Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively and independently The resource will be involved in the following activities: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop design solutions that meet client specifications and sustainability goals Lead the design and execution of hospitality projects ensuring integration of sustainable practices Engage with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to facilitate project delivery Will be positively evaluated Credentials in LEED, BREEAM, or equivalent. Work location: Dubai Annual Salary: Starting from AED 148,000 per year, negotiable based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and level of seniority.
