Executive - Contracts

Summary of the Job Role: The Executive – Contracts manages the preparation and administration of commercial lease contracts, tenant communications, and rental documentation, supporting the Sr. Supervisor in maintaining URED's rental portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Lease Contract Processing Prepare standard commercial lease contracts, addenda, and renewals in accordance with approved templates and commercial terms Process new lease documentation through the approval workflow via Kissflow and DocuSign Update Yardi with accurate lease data, financial terms, and tenant information upon contract execution Tenant Administration Manage tenant onboarding documentation, including trade licences, commercial registrations, and KYC documents Handle tenant queries related to contracts, payment schedules, and lease terms Coordinate with tenants on scheduled lease renewals, rent escalations, and contract modifications Reporting & Compliance Prepare weekly reports on contract status, pending renewals, and overdue documentation Ensure all lease files are complete, organized, and audit-ready Qualifications Bachelor's in Business, Real Estate, or Commerce Experience 4-5 years in lease administration or property management Ejar System Experience & Proficiency for atleast 2 years Yardi proficiency required Technical Skills & Tools Ejar System Proficiency Wrike – project and task management, cross-functional collaboration Claude (Anthropic AI) – AI productivity tool for drafting, research, data summarisation, and content generation Yardi – enterprise property management and ERP system; used across all departments for purchase orders, purchase requisitions, and payment processing Yardi – lease administration, contract management, CRM, and tenant financial tracking Show more Show less
