WE ARE HIRING | PSYCHIATRIST FSHN Health – Kuwait FSHN Health is looking for a qualified and experienced Psychiatrist to join our growing multidisciplinary healthcare team in Kuwait. We are seeking a dedicated professional who is passionate about mental health, patient-centered care, and delivering high-quality psychiatric services in a multicultural clinical environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments, establish diagnoses, and develop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage medications, and arrange referrals when required. Monitor patients' progress and ensure continuity and effectiveness of treatment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated, patient-centered care. Provide clinical consultations, guidance, and training to other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation. Support psychiatric hospitalizations when necessary. Provide periodic after-hours availability for urgent clinical situations. Oversee relevant clinical and administrative aspects of the clinic. Qualifications & Requirements: Doctor of Medicine (M.D.). Completion of an accredited residency program in Psychiatry. Board Certified and eligible for Kuwait Ministry of Health (MOH) licensing. Strong clinical knowledge of psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Good understanding of Kuwait's healthcare regulations and professional standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. Experience working with multicultural patients and clinical teams.
