Property Consultant

Role Description The Property Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for guiding clients through the purchase, sale, and leasing of residential and commercial properties. Day-to-day tasks include identifying client needs, presenting suitable property options, conducting viewings, and providing clear, data-driven advice on market trends, pricing, and investment potential. The role involves building and nurturing client relationships, managing inquiries, negotiating offers and contracts, and ensuring a seamless, professional experience from initial contact to closing. The Property Consultant will collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain accurate listings, prepare marketing materials, and uphold the brand’s standards of discretion, integrity, and service excellence. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, including market analysis, property valuation, and advisory capabilities. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to handle client interactions, presentations, and follow-ups professionally. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing transactions. Experience in luxury or high-end real estate markets is highly beneficial. Strong negotiation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
