Role Description The Retail Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Markaz El Mansoura, responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience for every customer. Day-to-day tasks include welcoming and assisting customers, providing detailed product information, guiding purchase decisions, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, organizing displays, and keeping the sales floor clean and presentable. The Retail Specialist will process transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and support inventory management, including stock checks and replenishment. This role also includes actively promoting new collections, following store policies, and collaborating with team members to meet sales goals. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Retail Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and closing sales. Candidates should possess solid Product Knowledge skills to explain features, materials, and care instructions for luxury accessories and jewelry. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries, resolve issues, and create a welcoming store environment. Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear, professional interaction with customers and team members. Previous experience in retail, especially in luxury goods or jewelry, is preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods, handle delicate items carefully, and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems and cash handling, with attention to accuracy and detail.
