What This Role Is About Our client, a renowned group, is looking for an HR Specialist, based in Dubai, to support the delivery of its HR operations and ensure compliance with local employment regulations. Reporting to the HR Manager, the role will cover day-to-day HR activities, employee relations, HR administration, and the implementation of HR policies and procedures. A key part of the position will involve applying UAE Labour Law requirements across employee-related matters and ensuring HR processes are handled accurately and efficiently. This is a hands-on role for an HR professional with practical experience in the UAE who understands local employment regulations and can independently manage daily HR responsibilities.
