Key Responsibilities: Manage property sales and leasing transactions. Generate leads and develop strong client relationships. Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals. Promote residential and commercial property listings. Provide clients with professional real estate advice. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Ras Al Khaimah property market. Requirements: Previous experience in UAE real estate sales or leasing. Knowledge of Al Marjan Island, Al Hamra, and Mina Al Arab is an advantage. Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills. Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. UAE driving licence is an advantage. Willingness to work strictly in Ras Al Khaimah.
