Accountant

Key Responsibilities Handle daily accounting transactions, including journal entries and general ledger reconciliations. Manage accounts payable and receivable, including customer collections and supplier reconciliations. Perform bank reconciliations, support payment processing, and assist in cash flow monitoring and reporting. Ensure compliance with Saudi VAT regulations, ZATCA requirements, and e-invoicing regulations. Support monthly and annual closing activities, including accruals, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Assist with inventory accounting, stock reconciliations, inventory valuation, and cost allocation. Assist in preparing financial statements, trial balances, and other financial reports. Support internal and external audits by preparing and maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Coordinate with internal departments, including Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and HR, to ensure accurate recording and processing of financial transactions. Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Required Qualifications & Skills Saudi National. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience. Good knowledge of Saudi VAT regulations, ZATCA requirements, and e-invoicing regulations. Familiarity with Saudi accounting standards (SOCPA/IFRS). Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational abilities.
