Palace Manager

About the Role We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Palace Manager to oversee the daily operations of a private residence in Riyadh. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth running of the property, lead the household team, maintain the highest hospitality standards, coordinate services, and uphold the utmost confidentiality and professionalism. The Palace Manager will work closely with the owner and executive management to ensure every requirement and expectation of the residence is met with precision and excellence. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage all daily palace operations • Supervise household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, drivers, security, and maintenance teams • Create schedules and monitor staff performance and discipline • Ensure exceptional standards of cleanliness, hospitality, and guest service • Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers • Oversee all maintenance activities, both preventive and emergency • Manage household budgets, expenses, and purchasing • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle private matters with discretion • Coordinate in-house events, gatherings, and special occasions • Ensure all facilities, equipment, and supplies are well managed and maintained • Attend to the daily needs of the family and ensure operational readiness Qualifications • Minimum 5 years of experience in palace or estate management, luxury villas, or 5-star hotels • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent knowledge of housekeeping, maintenance, and hospitality operations • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Fluent in Arabic; good command of English preferred • Experience in VIP environments is a plus Show more Show less
