Operations Manager – Private Estate (UHNWI) Location: Dubai Hills, Dubai Arrangement: Live-out Nationality: Any (Russianspeaker required) Salary: Up to AED 30,000 per month, based on experience Cosurger Global Partners is hiring an exceptional Operations Manager to support the running of a private estate for an Ultra-High-Net-Worth family. This role calls for a polished, discreet professional who delivers the highest standard of service without being intrusive. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day upkeep of the estate properties to the highest standard Manage Planned Preventative Maintenance scheduling and prioritize all maintenance requests Book, supervise and follow up on external contractors and service providers (repairs, renovations, landscaping, specialist trades), keeping work on time, on budget and with minimal disruption Supervise and train maintenance technicians Write and update maintenance reports, procedures and documentation Coordinate with the Butler, Kitchen and Maintenance teams so operations run seamlessly Handle stock-taking, inventories and receiving deliveries Look after the family’s dogs, including walking schedules, grooming, health records, treatments and vet visits Ensure full compliance with health and safety, fire safety and incident reporting procedures Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience in a UHNW household, private estate, 5-star hotel or similar Fluent written and spoken Russianand English (mandatory) Absolute discretion and confidentiality A sharp eye for detail and impeccable personal grooming Good general fitness Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays at short notice Able to work both independently and as part of a wider team Open to occasional international travel This is a demanding, high-pressure role.
