Security Manager

About the Role JIGPC is seeking an experienced and strategic Security Manager* to lead and enhance our security programs across critical industrial facilities, corporate offices, employee accommodation compounds, and operational sites. Reporting directly to the EHSS Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, managing security risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, safeguarding company assets and personnel, and strengthening relationships with government and industrial security stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement site and corporate security strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses across company facilities and operational areas. Ensure compliance with applicable security regulations, policies, and industry best practices. Oversee physical security measures including access control systems, badges, permits, vehicle access, and visitor management. Lead investigations into security incidents, breaches, thefts, and access violations. Support emergency response, crisis management, business continuity, and evacuation activities. Manage security contractors, guard force operations, and security technology systems. Oversee Journey Management programs and personnel protection initiatives. Monitor emerging security threats, geopolitical developments, criminal activity, and risks that may impact operations. Provide timely security intelligence briefings and recommendations to senior leadership. Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, industrial security organizations, and external stakeholders. Minimum Requirements Education Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Military Science, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline Experience 10+ years of security experience within industrial, oil & gas, petrochemical, power generation, critical infrastructure, or large corporate environments. Proven experience in security risk assessments, investigations, physical security, access control, emergency response, and security operations management. Experience engaging with government security authorities and external stakeholders. Strong report writing and leadership communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Military or Police background. Saudi Aramco security management system experience. ASIS certifications (CPP, PSP) or equivalent security certifications. Supreme Authority of Industrial Security (SAIS) accreditation. Security Risk Assessment or Physical Security certifications.
