Role Overview We are looking for a proactive, results-driven Sales & Business Development Specialist with a good understanding of accounting and financial services to generate qualified leads, engage potential clients, and drive new business. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate qualified leads among UAE startups and SMEs. Approach business owners and decision-makers through calls, LinkedIn, emails, and networking. Present our accounting, tax, and CFO services to potential clients. Schedule sales meetings, follow up on opportunities, and convert leads into clients. Maintain a sales pipeline and provide weekly performance updates. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation in the UAE. Good understanding of accounting, taxation, and financial services. Strong communication, negotiation, and client acquisition skills. Ability to independently identify prospects and secure meetings. Existing network of SME owners is a strong advantage. English proficiency required; Arabic is an advantage. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and based in the UAE.
