Project Management Lead

About the Role The Project Management Lead is responsible for managing creative projects within Marketing department and ensuring smooth collaboration betweenn the creative team, internal departments, and external stakeholders. The role requires excellent communication, sound business understanding, and the ability to analyze requests, translate them into clear creative briefs and deliverables, coordinate workflows, and ensure timely execution. What You’ll Be Doing Act as the main point of contact between the creative team, internal departments, and external stakeholders. Receive, analyze, and translate business requests into clear, actionable creative briefs. Clarify project objectives, requirements, deliverables, expectations, and approval owners before work begins. Lead project planning, task coordination, deadline setting, and execution follow-ups. Manage and maintain project workflows through Trello, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools. Coordinate with copywriters, designers, art directors, motion designers, and marketing teams. Balance deadlines with team capacity and communicate priorities to relevant stakeholders. Monitor progress, flag risks early, and proactively remove or escalate blockers. Coordinate feedback cycles, revisions, and approval processes across teams. Prepare concise project status reports, updates, and upcoming priorities. Support the Creative Director with workload visibility, prioritization, and process improvements. Continuously improve workflows for greater clarity, efficiency, and delivery quality. Show more Show less
