Accountants - Payable and General Ledger

Responsibilities Process hospital supplier invoices, verifying purchase orders, goods receipts, service confirmations and approvals. Prepare payment schedules, reconcile supplier accounts and resolve invoice discrepancies with Procurement and relevant departments. Maintain general ledger entries, accruals, prepayments and account reconciliations, supporting timely month-end closing. Prepare financial schedules and audit documentation while maintaining accurate records and confidentiality. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce. Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, including relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare organization. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CMA or equivalent preferred. Practical knowledge of accounts payable, general ledger accounting, ERP systems and advanced Excel. Show more Show less
